Sales Policies

CARE:

​~Rabbit must be given appropriate housing, nutrition, medical treatment, and humane handling for the entire duration of their life. I strongly advise against free-roaming.

~Rabbit must never be abandoned, dumped, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue.

~Young children should always be supervised when interacting with the rabbit.

PRICES and PAYMENT:

~Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

~I currently accept cash or Venmo. At this time I do not accept any other payment forms.

~Although not needed to purchase a rabbit, I will not hold a rabbit unless a $20 deposited is placed on said rabbit. 

~Prices are firm and non-negotiable. Pet quality rabbits vary in price depending on color. Brood and show quality rabbits vary in price depending on quality, age, any wins they may have, whether they are proven, and what they have produced.

~The rabbit must be paid for in full before leaving my ownership. Until this time, the rabbit is the property of Full Hill Farms

TRANSPORT:

~Due to my work schedule, I do not usually work with transporters. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on the transporter in question and my schedule at the time.

~Given reasonable notice, I can usually offer free transport to local shows I am attending. If the buyer does not arrive to pick up the rabbit by the agreed-upon time and does not give what I consider to be reasonable notice, the money and rabbit(s) shall be forfeited.

​~I am not to be held responsible for any injury, illness, or death of the rabbit after it leaves my care, as these circumstances are out of my control and rabbits may react negatively to the stress of moving to a new home.

~If a buyer is interested in having a rabbit shipped to them via plane, please contact me to discuss the possibility. Shipping is dealt with on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

~I do not give refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

​~If you ever cannot keep a rabbit you purchased from me, please contact me to offer the rabbit back. At my discretion, I may offer to take the rabbit back and find it a suitable new home. There will be no questions asked, and I do not charge anything for this service.

~If the buyer backs out of a sale after having paid for the rabbit, I will not be able to refund.

QUALITY:

~Brood quality animals must keep their full pedigree names given to them by their original breeder. Buyer understands that this name cannot be changed or altered in any way, nor can the names or information of any of the animals on its pedigree.

​~Rabbits are sold as-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over the rabbit before purchase. Don't just take my word for it though, look over the animal yourself. I may have missed something, and I don't want you buying something you don't want!

​~I will always disclose any known disqualifications on brood quality animals before purchase.

​~Pet quality rabbits will not make good show or breeding rabbits, but would make great pets! I do not offer pedigrees with any pet quality rabbits. Pet quality rabbits are sold under the strict understanding that they will not be used for breeding under any circumstances. This is a rule that I take extremely seriously.

GUARANTEES:

~All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

~I cannot guarantee health, show placings, weight, fertility, how well a rabbit will produce, or temperament.

​~I guarantee the sex of all rabbits, but please make sure to also verify the sex of the rabbit immediately upon pick-up. In the unlikely event that a mistake was made on my part, I appreciate if you let me know so we can work something out.

~Once the rabbit leaves my care, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. This is because rabbits are unpredictable animals by nature. I am not responsible for how the new owner chooses to take care of the rabbit, or any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the animal. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. I do however advise the owner to contact me immediately so we can discuss any issues at hand.

~I am not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred at any point during the life of the animal.

INCLUDED WITH THE RABBIT:

~All rabbits come with transition feed at no additional cost.

~All rabbits that are not sold as pet quality

~Unfortunately, I do not offer boarding for rabbits I have sold. This is because I operate a closed rabbitry and do not want to risk the biosecurity of my herd. The health of my rabbits is extremely important to me, so this is a decision that ensures the safety of your rabbits and my own.

~All of my rabbits come with free lifetime support, and as such buyers are encouraged to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns about their rabbit at any point in the animal's life.
